N&N November 7th
NATIVITY NEWS AND NOTES
Hello Nativity Families,
Thank you to the families who signed up to rake this Saturday! I plan to join in on the fun and am looking forward to the warmer temperatures that are predicted on Saturday. If you would like to come out and join us, even if you cannot make it the whole time, we would love to see you there! We are getting close to the end of the first trimester and I am so encouraged by the wonderful things happening at Nativity. Students are growing academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. It is this whole-child approach that makes a Catholic education so special. Conferences are a great time to meet with your children’s teachers to hear how they have grown in these areas. More information about conferences is below and I encourage you to sign-up to meet with our fantastic teachers. You are an important part of your children’s education and when we work together, kids win! Be kind. Be brave. Believe! Ryan Pajak

HOLY ANGELS BOYS WIN CLASS A STATE SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP!
For the first time in Academy of Holy Angels school history, the Stars boys’ soccer team won the Class A State Soccer Championship! Led by Coach James See, AHA class of 2005, and captains Conor O’Rourke, Porter Ball, and David Oslund, the Stars completed their season in dramatic fashion by a goal from sophomore Noah Hermanson with just 10 seconds left in the second overtime. They defeated The Blake School, the 2018 champions, 3-2 to win the championship and conclude their undefeated season. Congratulations to Holy Angels Boys Soccer!
