For your convenience, Nativity of Mary School uses the TADS online platform for both admissions and financial aid applications.
We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot at Nativity!

Parents can log into TADS at any time throughout the school year to view financial information.

Here’s what to expect as you complete the enrollment process:
New Students
Step 1:
Complete the New Student Application by clicking on the button below.
Step 2:
Your completed Application will be reviewed by our Administration.
Step 3:
If accepted, you will receive an email from TADS to complete enrollment – complete all required fields.
Step 4:
There will be a prompt to pay the online registration fee. Enrollment is not complete until the registration fee is paid. This step must be completed within two business days of acceptance to secure your spot.
Step 5:
You will receive an email confirming your registration with instructions on next steps.
Returning Students
Step 1:
Every current family will receive a separate enrollment email notification for each child from TADS, which will include a link to enroll. This link is personalized for each family and each child.

Step 2:
Click on each link to enroll for the 2025-2026 school year.

Step 3:
Complete all required enrollment fields in TADS. Enrollment is not complete until the registration fee has been paid.
Priority Registration
New families will be contacted in early February regarding their application status.
Students will be accepted in the following priority from January 15-31:

All students presently attending the school.

New students who are brothers and sisters of students in the school.

New students who had brothers and sisters in the school.
-
New students who are members of the Nativity of Mary Parish.
-
Students who are not members of the school parish but are members of another Catholic parish.
-
Students who are children of alumni.
-
Students applying for transfer to the school that are non-Catholics.
Starting February 1, students will be accepted based on the date of completed registration. This includes returning families. Returning families must register by January 31 to secure enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. We will reach out to you early February to let you know of your status.
While registration opened on January 15, you can apply for financial aid at any time. Please see the various scholarship options on our website at www.school.nativitybloomington.org/scholarships for more information and their deadlines.
